Now our 5 in 1 lost connection to My AcuRite Dashboard &
I did the unplug & replug both the power & Ethernet cords
to no avail. Also pushed the “register” button
on the bottom of the SmartHub.
The router shows port 80 in use, though an open port check shows it closed. In the Connection status map of the router, the MAC address for the SmartHub (24:C8:6e:01:51:BB) does not show up.
Inside display is working fine and new batteries in the 5-1. The sensor status light on the SmartHub is solid blue, the network status light is on steady intermittently, mostly it is off. Any suggestions?
