4 months after being told i'd get a replacement...WHAT DOES A PERSON HAVE TO DO TO GET ACTUAL SERVICE??

I phoned your company back in December regarding a defective unit. was verified and told a warranty replacement would be sent to me. i've since contacted back and was told you're "working on it".  i've also emailed and gotten the same response. this is really disgusting customer service. my question is, WHAT DOES A PERSON HAVE TO DO TO GET ACTUAL SERVICE??
