4 hour hold not acceptible cancel order.

please cancel order number 100331529. I waited on hold yesterday for over 4 hours only to be told that there is an issue with the phone lines. I ordered a 3 in 1 gardening monitor and all i wanted to know was if it hooked up to the access smart hub. I am so disgusted with lack of customer support that i don't want any of my order now. A 4 hour hold and then hang up is just not acceptible

The exact same thing happened to me.  Over 4 hours on hold, then "sorry, we're having a problem with our system, call back later."  What a waste of time!

The company's disastrous discontinuation of the hub and release of the new edition of the hardware has completely overwhelmed their customer support system.  I just waited on hold for about an hour and went from 13th to 9th.  I don't have an access question, I was double charged for the upgraded network interface and I'd like to get my $39.99 back.
I'm not an Acurite expert, but the network interface can pick up the sensor's signals then it'll be sent out to MyAcurite.
