My 3 in 1 weather station is losing time. I reset the time yesterday and already the time is 15 minutes slow. Is there a way to fix this? This is the second time this has happened with the clock being slow on the time. Model 01301CCDI/393242 Since I last set the time yesterday it is already over an hour slow. What's going on?
Thanks

Hello Leonard,

We would recommend resetting the display. Please follow the instructions below, and let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with.

Please verify that you are using a name brand (Rayovacor Energizer) standard alkaline batteries in the display unit. We do notrecommend using anything that is heavy duty, rechargeable, store brand orLithium inside of the display.

- Remove all power, AC adapter and batteries, from the display unit.
- Press and hold down the pin hole reset button, located in the batterycompartment, for 20 seconds.
- Plug back into AC power and insert recommended batteries.
- Press and hold down the pin hole reset button for an additional 20seconds.
- Verify that the unit has powered on and once connection has been made, attempt to set time and date.

I am using Energizer batteries and just reset the station. You mention holding down a pinhole reset but on my station there is a round button that says reset. Is this the button I should have held down because I cannot see a pinhole reset. Will comment further when I can see if the station is keeping the correct time. Also will it now take two weeks again for the learning period?
Thank you

I reset everything as you said to do and as of now the clock is slow by almost twenty minutes in six and a half hours.

Hello Leonard,

What time zone are you in?  What time is the display reading, and what time should it be reading?  We may need to look at start a warranty claim on your weather station. Thank you.

I am in Newfoundland time zone. I set the clock again yesterday and as of now , twenty four hours later it has kept the right time, first time it has kept right time since I set it up on December 26. I will keep an eye on it to see if it keeps correct time in next couple of days and will let you know what happens. Thank you for your reply.
