2032C with PC Link working fine for >18 mo - til 24 hours ago. No change on this end, but no data to DashBoard.

No change here - 2032C, PC Connect readout and Upload test aok, VIS Data Reader V3.4 wrkg normally, but - since 24 hours ago, NO DATA to DashBoard. Wassup????????????

Hello Tom,

Please unplug your display from your computer, close the software, then shut down your computer.  Verify that your display is still on Mode 3.  Once your computer is fully booted up, open up PC Connect and plug back in your display.  This should activate the live streaming.  What Windows Version are you using?  Please let us know if you continue to have this issue either here or AcuRite Customer Support at 877-221-1252.  Thank you and have a great day!
