09155M issues

My 09155M Access unit is not reporting to myacurite account. I've reset it and it reports twice and then drops off. ODD THING IS IT IS REPORTING AND CONTINUES TO REPORT TO WUNDERGROUND! So the problem is not my unit and I have been unnecessarily rebooting it, my router, and the webpage. Very frustrating. Also odd is my other unit in another town continues to report real-time on myacurite. I'm at a loss to do anything to fix this problem unless someone has had a similar problem.

I have the same problem. I reported it to Acurite months ago. They say they are aware of the problem, but have done nothing to fix it. This is a really bad company.

Well it's still within the time that I can dispute the order with my credit card and get a refund. This is the second issue I've had with the company. They managed to resolve the issue with my display screen being backwards and upside down after a month of wrangling and shipping costs. That may very be their business model now. have 10% failures, people refuse payment and just buy another unit to replace the one they bought. Their struggling with quality control that's for sure!!!
