09150TRX upgrade firmware problems

It has been three days and nights of seeing "Please wait while your bridge firmware is updated" "This may take up to 2 hours" I have tried all the plug/unplug/connect button/ etc. left light is blue steady, right light is blue blinking, Ethernet light is lit and shows activity but can not add device
