09150TRX lights not staying on

Acu-link 09150trx not working.  We moved and did not hook up the hub right away.  I am trying to hook it back up now.  It worked for over a year at our old place but apparently we are having the problem that thousands of others are having with this device.  it appears you upgrade broke them all.  How do I get it replaced and working.  

I have the device plugged directly into my router
have rebooted the device and router multiple times
reset both
change the ethernet cables 
changed the plug at the router
done all the trouble shooting stated in other posts.  

Just want my device to work and SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE

Have you tried the button that is on the unit?  Hold it in for 10-15 seconds and see if it lights back up.

yes, several times.  As I mentioned I have gone through and read so many of the posts about this product and tried all the suggestions.  I'm at a loss.

Hello Sandi,

What are the blue lights doing on the smartHUB? What are the amber and green light doing on the smartHUB? When you try to add the device to My AcuRite do you get and error message? Where was the smartHUB purchased, and how long have you had it for? Have you ever had it transmitting on My AcuRite?
