09150TRX dead after migration. How do I get a replacement. the page is down

Internet bridge is not reponding for months. This is getting to be ridiculous. Both LEDS are solid blue and I have gone through all the hoops. I need a replacement and the page to order one is gone. There is no phone support. How does this happen in the USA for that matter? I need to order a replacement . Please respond with information for this.

I finally got thru to support. was on hold for 50min...FYI. They are sending a replacement smart hub...TY
