09150TRX Bridge has stopped working.
Looking at this forum, I discover that it will be discontinued.
Apparently SOME customers were sent notice and coupon for replacement - but not us.
We have de-powered and re-powered, and reset router. It just does not show up on LAN.

Support for old unit ends later this year, I believe. I also did not receive notice or coupon. Got online with tech support chat and got it straightened out. Not sure, you should check, I think the offer ended the end of March. Worth a try that is for sure.

Been trying to get my HUB reset since March 31.   Hell of a way to run a RAILROAD!

Still absent from our LAN.
Blue lights do not flash.
Unplugged for a while several times, no help.
Tried button on bottom, no help.
Any way to force a reboot, or is this thing dead?

Hello n6ac,

Please power cycle your smartHUB and router. To do this, you will unplug your Ethernet cable from the router then the adapter for the HUB. After this you can unplug your router. Please leave them unplugged for about 5 minutes. When you plug them back in plug the router in first and let it completely boot up, then you can plug the Ethernet cable into the router after that the adapter.  If the lights do not come back on, the smartHUB will need to be replaced.

Thanks for the reply!!!!
Both blue lights come on when power is applied, and STAY on, regardless of Ethernet cable connection or not. No blinking at all of either blue light.
Connecting the Ethernet gives solid green, and occasional erratic orange flash, at that connector. But, no indication it is connected to router, and no response to pings at address (first available DHCP location) that it has been on all its' life.

Hello n6ac,
When and where was your smartHUB purchased? Unfortunately, it does sound like the unit will need to be replaced.

Hi.
Acurite sent it as replacement for our original migration-bricked SmartHUB, in late August 2016.
