Can anyone tell me what the two LED lights on the rear of the smart hub are supposed to indicate?  These are the two small lights just under the Ethernet plug.  Are they supposed to be on, or flashing?  They both briefly flash when the power is plugged in, otherwise they are not working

When the hub is properly working and sending data the green light should be on solid, The orange light should flash(internet traffic).

Hello Mike,

The amber light should be flashing, and the green light should be solid. The amber light is letting you know that there is activity on the network, and the green light is letting you know the Ethernet connection is active.

Strange, just saw this post and my hub stopped working a few days ago.  I have the solid green, flashing yellow on back, but my Network light is solid blue, and status light flashing steady blue?  I just replaced batteries and cleaned by 5 in 1 and getting a good signal and proper readings, but My Acu.rite app and My backyard have not updated in a week?  HELP!!!!!   I can make this a new post if you want.

I just got a new Acu-Rite Access today and in about 10 minutes setup & installed and problem gone.  The Bridge must have gone bad.  Thanks.  AJ
