I have a SmartHub 09150M v210224 connected to three sensors. A 5 in 1, a secondary temp/humidity, and internal from the display panel. Everything was working fine from the beginning appx 8 months ago. Over the last month I have noticed that the 5 in 1 and secondary temp/humidity sensors are dropped and then reconnect about a day later.
I initially thought it could be a proximity issue but the sensors are all within 25 meters of the SmartHub. The 5 in 1 has always reported poor signal strength but worked without issue. The outdoor sensor usually reports strong signal but has recently reported poor. The internal sensor reports strong signal. The internal display also reports a strong signal for the 5 in 1. So I tried moving the SmartHub to the same location as the display but the signal still reports poor and occasionally drops.
I have tried deleting all sensors and reinstalling on the hub. I have tried removing the hub using myaccurite and reinstalling. The same issues occur.
Any ideas?

Update:
All sensors are not reporting on the MyAccurite. All working fine. However, no change in the status on the Smarthub in the browser in devices or signal strength.

Do you have your smartHUB connected directly into your router or are you using a switch of any kind? Where do you have the smartHUB placed currently? If you are within 3 feet of any electronics, the router included, please pull the HUB away as much as the Ethernet cable will allow you. I do see you are currently updating on all three sensors. After you move the HUB, please leave it in the new location for at least 48 hours. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back. I am using a switch between the router and smartHUB. My cable modem does not have a built in switch. I use a LynkSys router/wifi combo with a LAN cable to another room where the switch is. I did this to get it closer to the sensors. Without a switch I would be about 25 ft further and through walls.
I did try changing the smartHUB location away from other electronics and more directly in sight of sensor and had the same dropping issue after awhile. In the second location there was not a switch. It was connected directly through the LAN to the LynkSys router.
Normally I have no issues. But occasionally (every few days) the 5 in 1 drops at random times and comes back about 12 hours later. I also had an external sensor drop once. Currently, I have all sensors. I can get all sensors working by deleting offending sensor in the set-up, resetting the smartHUB by power cycling, and then adding the sensor again. But lately I have been waiting for it to just fix itself.
Is the new Access device more stable and does it have a better antenna and less interference issues?

The smartHUB needs to have a direct connection to a router. How long was the smartHUB left in the second location without the switch? We do recommend leaving the HUB in a moved location for a full 48 hours before changing the location again. What is the building material of your home? The AcuRite Access does have a an improved antennae which allows for better reception.

I left the smartHUB in the second location for at least a week. Home is typical so cal wood frame with drywall and stucco exterior.
I have been following the comments on the end of service. I will be going to the Access. I figure this is some sort of electromagnet interference and the better antenna will help. I have not received the email with discount code. I am waiting for the traffic to die down before ordering but how do I get the code.
You seem to be catching a lot of crap from the users. The way I look at it I paid $80 for the smartHUB. The Access is about $40 extra so it evens out. No need to reply and have a good weekend.
