09150M - sensors connected but never report any data

I purchased a Smart hub and several sensors directly from Acurite. I also have a couple 06044M sensors. The setup was very easy, but there has been no data whatsoever - ever. The hub's lights indicate that everything is good. I can even see that the sensors are transmitting data on a frequent basis. The sensors' status all look good from the app/browser as well. 

I think my hub is defective. Unplugging the hub "for 2 minutes" does nothing. The telephone support is really backed up up right now and I'm supposedly waiting for an email after a live chat session yesterday. I was told that there is no timeframe for an answer. Perhaps this forum is the best way to get some real support in a timely manner? 

Can anybody help? I don't think there's anything else I can do, except to try a replacement hub.

About 24 hours ago the hub decided to quit. No lights, no communication - nothing. I've never actually seen this product work properly AT ALL since it was installed.
