09150 TRX with no lights

We have had some bad weather lately and since my bridge model 09150TRX has no lights i have rebooted it both ways and the lights come on and go right off including the two on the rear. May i get a replacement unit ?

Hello Paul,
You may have done these steps already however, we need to make sure all troubleshooting has been exhausted. Please power cycle your smartHUB and router. To do this, you will unplug your Ethernet cable from the router then the adapter for the HUB. After this you can unplug your router. Please leave them unplugged for about 5 minutes. When you plug them back in plug the router in first and let it completely boot up, then you can plug the Ethernet cable into the router after that the adapter. If the issue continues, please let us know. When and where was your smartHUB purchased? Thank you.

Hello Paul,
We apologize for any inconvenience experienced. When and where was this unit purchased? I see the HUB is currently not on My AcuRite. Did you remove the HUB? Thank you.

It was purchased from you guys on line, but because I didn’t get any responses i went ahead and purchased the new hub and is supposed to be delivered today

Hello Paul,

We think you will be satisfied with the AcuRite Access. We attempted to locate the order for the smartHUB but were not able to find an order in the system. Have you had the smartHUB more than 1 year? If you have had it more than 1 year there would no longer be a warranty on it.  Do you have an order number you can provide us?
