06058m Stopped Saving Historical Data

My 06058M has been online for 8 months, doing a nice job of pulling mins, maxes, etc. from stored history.  (The ad said this model held one year's worth of data.)  Other than the subjecvt of this post, it's been completely problem-free.

Recently I happened to flip back to "Yesterday's Data" and found it empty.  Checking further (in Settings) I found that it had not been saving data for about five weeks (obviously I don't check this screen often!)  Everything on the current-weather screen was fine, including the date and time.

I have not been able to find a conversation on this particular issue.  I would have thought that, were the memory full (and eight months should not be, according to the ad), the unit would  simply start replacing the oldest data -- not just stop recording with no notice given.

Can someone at Acurite help me out here?

I just about got 9 months of history before my display stopped storing/adding data. There was no notice/warning. It just stopped storing. Had to restart the display to start the next cycle.  I know the instructions said 12 months. I think that's a stretch. Has to be other variables involved that shortens the time. Let's see what AcuRite says.
