06056M Losing Signal

My Access is not receiving the signal from my 5 in 1. Before I get into my problem does the Access receive from the 5 in 1 or the display? My display shows a strong signal but on Myacurite the 5 in 1 says weak signal. I have the display right next to the Access. All my other sensors around the house are showing a very strong signal.Thanks for any help.

Hello Jim,
We apologize for the delay in response. The Access will only receive signal from your sensors. The display and Access are both receivers and will not connect.  I can see you are currently updating with an Excellent signal strength on your 5in1 sensor. I am having a similar problem. New Access device. PC display reports 5 in 1 just fine, the MyAcuRite app does not.
