06025 Display - Incorrect Rainfall Date

The rainfall date does not correspond to the date set during the setup process. It's year is "12" (2012) instead of the current "18" (2018) which the rest of the display indicates. Also, there is no day showing - only a blank. I thought it would correct itself when we did get some rain but it did not and, although the rainfall did register correctly, it continues to show "12" for the year.

Hello Ken,
Can you please provide a picture of what you are seeing? Typically if the day is not showing in the date, the reading you are seeing is month total.  With a picture we can confirm this information. Thank you.

Hi
Thanks for the reply.
The issue is that the rainfall year is showing 2012 ("12") even though the date is set correctly in the unit and shows 2018 ("18").

Hello Ken,
When you first set up the weather station did you set the date right away? If the display registered any information before the date was set you can see inaccurate dates in historical data.  We would recommend to factory reset the display. To do so, press and hold the reset button located inside the battery compartment for 10-12 seconds or until the display clears completely. Once this is done, set the display time and date.  Please let us know if you see this again. Thank you.

Hi

Yes, I set up the date/time when I plugged it in for the first time in December. The date/time are displaying correctly. It's just the rainfall date that shows 2 / (blank ) /12.
