06002RM consistent "low battery" message even with fresh batteries

My 06002RMs have worked great for over six months. Around the time of the bridge firmware update, I began getting "Low Battery" errors emailed and texted to me multiple times per day. I have changed the batteries with fresh (duracell brand, far from expiration), tested the batteries with a voltage meter, etc. Nothing seems to solve the problem. Any advice you have would be appreciated!

Hello Christopher,

We see the alerts on your account.  Have you tried to bring the sensor closer to the smartHUB to see if the issue continues?  If this does continue, we would recommend replacing the sensor. Thank you and have a great day!
