Hi Aaron,

Please ensure that the AC Adapter is fully plugged into the back of the display unit, you may also want to try plugging it into a different wall outlet on a different wall as well.  If this does not work, please press and hold the CLEAR RECORD/RESET button in the battery compartment of the display for 20 seconds.  This will clear all previous history and do a factory reset on the unit.  If this does not resolve the backlight issue, please call us at 877-221-1252.

Same thing happening here, reset did not fix the problem. The station is only a few days old. Bought the 02064P bundle with the 06039M display.
