01024M Time Falling Behind

The time started lagging behind, meaning that among other things, the nightime display "dim" (or rather bright grey light instead of blue) comes on in day, and the display is on at night... It loses about 4 hours in a 24 hour period.

I have tried restarting, resettting, not sure what else I can do?

Hello wcndave,
We understand you have gone through resets on your own however we want to ensure all troubleshooting steps have been exhausted.  Please enter display menu by pressing the gear button all the way on the left then arrow down to Factory Reset in the Menu settings. Change the next option to "YES" then the display will tell you to press the "Check mark" twice. Please let us know if this issue continues. Thank you.

One, that would lose all my saved data. 2,after numerous efforts to change the time (at least ten) it suddenly started keeping up again.
