Set-up unit multiple times but alarm always goes off within 15mins. I have followed all the troubleshooting suggestions but nothing works. I have followed the instructions closely

You should be able to set sensor 2 to 0 for high and -2 for low. If it is not allowing you to do so please try the hard reset instructions below. Thank you.
Hard reset:
- Bring all three units side by side and remove all batteries
- Place batteries into display first
- Place batteries into both sensors
- Allow units to sit side by side until they connect-then place in freezer/fridge.

Removed the power from all 3 units for about 2 minutes.

Pressed the pinhole reset button for about 10 seconds.

Put the batteries into the display 1st. Press the pinhole reset for 10 seconds again.
Put the batteries into sensor 1.
Put the batteries into sensor 2.

I have set the temp range as in instruction book -22F - 0F but alarm still goes off.

Hello Ian666,

What are the temperatures reading for both the sensors when the alarm is sounding?

Hello Ian666,

The temperature will continue to read on the display when the alarm goes off.

Hi sensor 1 is reading 4 with high = 25 and low -1.  Sensor 2 is reading 1 with high = 31 and low -3.  The large readings do seem to fluctuate quite dramatically.  I have a wired sensor in freezer 1 and it reads a constant -12 C

Hello Ian666,

Are you able to take a picture of the display so we can see what the readings are when the alarm goes off, and a picture of what the alarm settings are at? What type of freezer are the sensors in? How far is the display from the sensors? What is the freezer made of?   Are you seeing the temperatures change or are they staying the same?

I have attached pic of the alarm with no alarm, the alarm activated, placement on freezer door and sensor placement inside freezer. Also here is a picture of the wired alarm temp same time as your alarm sounds.
