"Sensor Signal Lost" on 02064 Station - Replaced Batteries, Reset Receiver, Changed Channels, etc

I've had a 02064 station running for a year, and almost to the date of a year the receiver stopped getting a signal from the sensor.  Nothing had changed, so I replaced the batteries to no avail.  I've reset the receiver, changed channels, etc and haven't had any luck.  The units are right next to each other (indoors) now as I test but the units never manager to communicate.  I've of course confirmed the batteries are installed properly and are working as well.  The QC sticker inside says 3517.

Update: During my debugging I'd tried all three channels to no avail.  After letting the unit sit for a few hours without batteries I checked again to no avail.  I then tried another channel and it worked right away.

I'm of course glad it's working right now but a bit concerned with how temperamental this was (initial setup was a breeze).  Concerned it could just stop working again, a bigger problem since this unit is at my parents' house in a different state and I'm not usually around.

Bill,
I had one that started to miss updates after 12 months and I had to change channel. You could have some interference or even just a bad switch on one end or the other. Glad its working

Interestingly I see some other pulse modulated signals around the same area (top end of 433mhz) using an SDR, but we're not near other homes here so I'm struggling to figure out what that might be.  Perhaps the alarm system here?  That in mind none of that has changed in a year.  We'll see.

Hello Billy,

We are glad to hear you were able to get this up and running. Do you have any other automated systems besides the alarm system? It can be tricky to find out where interference is coming from. Please let us know if you continue to experience an issue. Thank you.
