"register to log in"

So, I've upgraded from the smartHUB to the Access.  I want to write a glowing review, which was solicited.  I go to the page showing the access, I am logged in (at least it says I'm logged in at the top of the page) but when I try to create a review, I'm presented with a "log in or register dialog to review a product."

Hey, I'm really happy with the fact that the access has much, much better reception of my sensors, but I've wasted way, way, way too much of my time trying to write a review.

For that matter, I used to have a "login", (otherwise how could I have registered my products) but that disappeared and putting in the email I know I used to create my initial login, doesn't return anything via email as promised.
