I still have not heard from them!!!!!!

The $99.00 unit I received did not work right out of the box. The indoor unit 'set' button does not function.

I tried for several days to call you on 4JAN and5JAN. About 15 minutes per try.  She hung up on me twice, once on the forth and once on the fifth.

On 5JAN I left my call back number (541 550 6389) but never received a call.

I also  posted on your 'support' and never got a response.

I would be very pleased if you would pick up this unit and refund my $99.00.

OR send me a replacement for the indoor unit. As you have destroyed my trust in you, by not answering the phone, not returning my call etc., you will send me the replacement then I will send you the defective unit.

As phone calls do not leave any record of what was said, do not call me. Please respond in writing only.
