Hi David,
You need to be more specific. Exactly what are you trying to do. The addressing for Canada should be all set. You may need to scroll down to the bottom of the list on an Android device to find what you are looking for.

When you have to identify where your "geographic region" in the local weather forcast settings, the closest place to Eastern Canada (Atlantic Provinces) to pick from is somewhere around New York/Boston. -

At this time Region D would be the closest we can get to your location for setting the geographical region.
